The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, and dining seating for two people, along with a sitting area hosting a TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a single, along with a shower room and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a front terrace with furniture. Roadside parking is readily available outside the property. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.3, a pub, and within 0.6, a beach. Smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A coastal break to look back on in years to come awaits at Ty Coed! Note: Due to age and character of the property, the stairs are quite steep and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Note: There is a step up to the entrance and the front terrace, please take care. Please note: This property accepts Friday-Friday bookings only, One small well-behaved pet welcome.
