The holiday cottage was certainly well appointed with every comfort .. I have however two criticisms. Firttly we could not get the grill to work on the cooker. A neighbour came round to try to get it to heat up but without success. All the grill would do was warm up slightly. This made it very difficult to cook our bacon and sausage full English breakfas,t an integral part of our holiday. Secondly we had great difficulty in switching on the television. The owner's daughter referred us to the TV handbook in a kitchen drawer but it was too complicated to understand. Again our helpful neighbour came over and after various attempts pulled out one of the two aerial plugs and the TV automatically came on. Success at last !!!!!!!!!

Just returned from a fabulous New Years break, excellent accommodation with room comfortably for all 8 of us, we did lots of cooking and amazed by the amount kitchen utensils crockery etc there was everything you could ever need,
Great location didn't use our car once short walk into Aberdovey and to the train station which we used to take a trip to Barmouth.
New Year's Eve we were treated to fireworks on the beach which were visible from the balcony.
The owner left us some delicious homemade mince pies and rocky roads which we all thought was lovely and enjoyed very much.
Would definitely return maybe in summertime

This is a well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable holiday house. We loved the walk over the sand dunes to the beach and we were close to everything we needed. We were travelling as an extended family group (grandparents, parents, 2yr old and 6mth old) and found the house to have plenty of room. Can't wait to come back!
