Offering a compact but well designed space with kitchen area, living area and a separate bedroom and shower room, this 17 acre estate setting is in a  great location for exploring this are of North Wales. With easy access both to the beaches of the Lleyn Peninsula and the mountains of the Snowdonia National Park, the estate also benefits from being just a couple of miles from Porthmadog with a range of town amenities.
