  • "I cannot recommend this property enough."

This was my third year staying here and i will definitely be back next year. House itself is beautifully done out and has had a number of recent additions making it even better (brand new log burner, washing machine and full new set of smart radiators) has lots of character and you can see all the little details have been really thought out. Ideal location halfway between Pwllheli and Porthmadog giving easy access to the whole of the Llyn peninsula and beyond (Barmouth/Betws-y-coed and Beddgelert all within 30-40 mins). There are a few different outdoor spaces, lovely lower terrace with a barbecue and then the top terrace with incredible views straight out to sea and the mountains to the left. Also all outdoor space is enclosed so perfect if you have a nosey dog like mine who likes to explore all the rabbit holes. Owner has always been great at responding to any queries (Locked myself out once and was back in within an hour) and they have always left some gifts for when we arrived which where mush appreciated. I know most would see the Llyn Peninsula as a summer holiday destination but i always come around February/March. Weather has generally been pretty good (this year was incredible), beaches are a lot quieter for dog walks and the house is so cozy with the log burner on in the cold evenings.
