We found Pen Y Groes clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable and the cottage has a very good shower.. Pen Y Groes is ideally situated for exploring the Llyn area, we discovered beaches and enjoyed some great walks.
However, the cottage has a problem with damp and we discovered black mould present on the fireplace wall behind the chest of drawers. This caused issues for my mum, who has copd and resulted in a trip to the doctor. The owner should look to rectify this as it is detrimental to health, as well as their property.
