Lovely family town house in the heart of Bala, tucked away in a quiet location though all the amenities are within walking distance. Bala market town, just inside the confines of Snowdonia National Park, boasts a range of independent shops, cafes, pubs and of course the renowned lake which offers plenty of opportunities for water sports; you can rent kayaks and canoes or spend a relaxing few hours fishing or cycling its 10 mile perimeter. Guests can also enjoy access to an exciting array of water sports including canoeing and paddle boarding just a short 10 minute walk away, or venture to the National Whitewater Centre to try sailing, and windsurfing just 4 miles away, or travel further afield into the breathtaking surrounding countryside of Snowdonia. This house is perfect for friends, families and the dog, to have an enjoyable holiday in North Wales. This lovely period property, built in the 1840s, offers the perfect space to get away. Once inside take off your outdoor attire in the long hall and start to explore the house. To your right is the stylish lounge/diner with feature fireplace, exposed beams and tiled floor, continue through to the kitchen with access to the garden. If eating in, the kitchen is well equipped with all you need to prepare a meal, maybe with local produce purchased from the town. When ready, the dining table is the perfect setting for everyone to gather round and enjoy the food whilst planning your holiday activities overlooking the courtyard garden. After a full day out relax on the comfortable sofas and chairs, watch one of your favourites on the Smart TV, play a board game or look through the local guides and books. When ready for bed, head upstairs and choose from four lovely bedrooms, all designed for a good nights sleep. On the first floor you will find the spacious king size and twin with Smart TV. There is also the gorgeous bathroom with freestanding bath and WC on this floor. Up the narrow flight of stairs you will find two welcoming double bedrooms and the shower room with WC. This is a lovely house to wake up in and start exploring the area. The enclosed courtyard garden has table and seating with a charcoal BBQ to make the most of the weather. There is a covered area to hang your wet suits and a bike store.
