Happy Landing is a semi-detached property situated in Llanfair, a village in North Wales. It comes with one king-size bedroom which boasts an en-suite, the cottage can sleep two people. Its interior also comes with an open-plan living area which includes a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, there is also a conservatory. To the outside there is off road parking and an enclosed front garden with a lawn, a raised lawn and a patio with a bench. Happy Landing is a cosy, sea view getaway perfect for exploring the west coast of Wales. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Please Note: There is a minimum night stay of three nights at this property. Please Note: Friday or Monday check-in is preferred, however, if you require a non-standard check-in day, please contact us for more details.

Llanfair quietly nestles between the foothills of the Rhinog mountains and the golden beach of Harlech. Boasting its own mild climate due to its unusual positioning, and an array of wildlife and birds, this village is an ideal base for scenic walks in the surrounding countryside. Harlech is dominated by its 13th century castle, its famous Royal St. David's course and a variety of amenities.

Just got back from an amazing week at the cottage with our collie dog. Nothing was too much for Ros & Tim and their 2 dogs are beautiful. Really clean & relaxing, loved the fire and the views. Can’t recommend it enough & Can’t wait to go back!!

This was our first time away with our dog daisy. First class hosts, the cottage was all and more than we had expected, beautiful location, excellent views. Well equipped kitchen, living area great layout. Bedroom is a good size, comfortable bed we slept well. Bathroom, good power shower, clean through out,I packed far to much just incase they hadn't got the things I needed, but I could have left it all at home. They've thought of everything, beach chairs, iron, hair dryer, towels, tea towels, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more. Fantastic sitting in the garden and conservatory. We travelled around Wales, walking, beautiful place to stay, can't wait to go back. I would definitely recommend this wonderful part of paradise.

Happy Landings is a really lovely cottage and the views are simply sensational and to be so enjoyed whilst sitting in the front conservatory! Unfortunately in the UK the one thing you cannot plan for is the weather and sadly for us we endured the tail end of hurricane Ali for 2 days and nights and then torrential rain on a third day! BUT, despite the really scary gale force winds and torrential rain coming straight at us from the sea / Cardigan Bay, we felt really safe, warm and cosy in the cottage and returned home feeling rested and relaxed. On the good weather days we loved wandering around the little shops in Harlech town and journeying to shop in Porthmadog and Barmouth, thoroughly enjoying the drive to both places as the stunning coastal views are simply awesome! Our most favourite place was Llandanwg beach - really close to Happy Landings - and the first beach that our little dog Bonnie had ever been on. The Harlech area was new to us but we enjoyed a really lovely break and plan to return to this area as it is just so lovely.

Location is perfect with stunning views.. Owner was welcoming and accommodating. It would have been useful to have additional kitchen items such as teaspoons, colander, jug, cheese grater and wooden spoons for the occasions when we did want to cook. Other than that everything was provided including chairs to use on the beach which were useful. Would recommend.
