The house was just amazing! ! We had such a brilliant time there. Plenty of space for us all and all the bits and pieces we could need to have a wonderful weekend away. The dining room is beautiful and the views spectacular. We were so sad to leave!

Bryn Derwen is stunning; there is so much communal space (indoors and outdoors) that we didn't have enough time to enjoy them all! It is furnished beautifully and spotlessly clean. The owners and Gordon, were fantastic when we had one problem and they even exceeded expectations by going above and beyond. We felt completely at home and would have loved to have stayed longer. Thank you again!

This house was amazing! There was 18 of us in our family and it provided everything we needed and more. It completely exceeded our expectations - it was very clean, very comfortable. The children loved the secret games room and the hot tub. The barbecue patio area and courtyard were beautiful. The handyman was always on hand whenever we needed as was most helpful. The location was central to all the places we had planned to visit - Zip-world, Snowdonia, beaches and walks. The information booklet was fantastically comprehensive, including some very useful numbers and recommended places to visit. There was also lots of blackberry bushes in the garden, that the children enjoyed eating! We would definitely recommend this house to our friends and family. We made some great memories and didn't want to leave - thank you so much!
