Walking distance to all the town's amenities, from restaurants and bars to a lakeside steam train and watersports on Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake), the largest natural lake in Wales.

Many more attractions are also within a short drive, including The National White Water Rafting Centre, Zip World, Bounce Below and Coed y Brenin Mountain Biking Centre. Not to mention Llechwedd Slate Caverns, Portmeirion, a walk or train ride up Snowdon and the golden beaches along the coast. Should you wish to share the experience with family or friends, there are also three other stunning holiday cottages on site that sleep 2, 4 and 6.

• For families – travel cot and high chair available on request.
• Outside – front and rear patio areas with garden furniture.

• General – bed linen, towels and hairdryer provided. Heating and electricity included (underfloor heating throughout ground floor). Owners live on site and happy to help with any queries, or to provide local knowledge or recommendations. Basic items such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, salt-and-pepper, and tea towels provided.
