Finding the cottage from the parking space in a hailstorm was a bit trying and we never were sure that the short cut past apartment 1 was the proper route.. We had a couple of problems making electrical items work. We needed help to find the oven worked only when the timer was switched ont and we did not guess that the DVD player red light went off when the player was switched on nor could we guess which TV source linked to the DVD player! We have always found it helpful when an owner has left a brief summery of how things work! However, when the WiFi stopped the owners son was able to re-start it. Thanks.

Very clean, well equipped, super location.. Furnishings a bit cheap self build type and only adequately comfortable. Would re book though. ************** Owner response ************ Thank you for your comments. Your comments have been noted. We will bare in mind when we refurbish. There has been no other issues from previous guests in regards to the furnishings. We hope you enjoyed your stay nonetheless.

The accommodation was lovely, large and really comfortable.. We will go back again as due to health problems could not see as much of the amazing area as we had hoped. Fantastic location and so quiet,

The accommodation was spotless and very spacious, had all facilities you would need and a great location next to harbour, Ffestiniog railway station, the main street, and next door to the maritime museum.. An ideal spot for exploring the surrounding area. we were in apartment No 6 and the parking bay could be very awkward for getting in and out if the other bays had been occupied also the bay for No 6 could only accommodate one car as there is a grid were a second car should be able to park.

Very convenient location to explore Snowdonia and North Wales and great place to stay - relaxing, outside of the busy streets, well equipped and good sized.. Air is really clean around and you have that feeling that Ocean is close as you may hear seagulls and see yachts nearby... It was just as good to return here as travel whole day out - all the family enjoyed staying there a lot. Thanks for the welcoming message and a chocolate, that was cute!

Can you ask the owner to check property for an iPad charger and USB plug that was left behind? Immediate access to the property could easily be made safer and more straightforward for the elderly than it currently is. Fantastic position, very spacious and well furnished/decorated.

The apartment was lovely, well kept, clean and tidy.. The welcome message and small gift from the owners on arrival was a lovely surprise, it made us feel very welcome. The location of the property was ideal with a small family and allowed us the make the most of the surrounding area.
