  • "1 Marine Terrace is on the High Street so you get a lot of noise from people walking past from the bars and restaurants at night."

Place needs a really deep clean, lots of dust and the rug in the kitchen could have done with a good vacuum and clean. Tripped over it many times Kitchen well equipped, bedrooms are comfortable. A fantastic selection of books to read along with games like scrabble etc. Although not stated in the information given by Sykes if does have a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Got fed up asking Sykes for information that never came…. PARKING - Drive down the road between 1 Marine Terrace and the Sandy Mount House, go all the way to the bottom and parking is in the grounds of the pink house to the left. Park on the grass area to the left. Apart from small issues a really good stay and the two leather chairs in the living room are sooo comfortable.

  • "What a great find in beautiful Rhosneigr !"

The house was perfect hosting 3 generations and 2 dogs . Each bedroom had a double bed with 2 shower rooms keeping everyone happy. It’s under 5 minutes to the beach with 2 great pubs a stones throw away . We explored Anglesey with everywhere being 19 minutes away .The property owner was close by and was really friendly and accommodating,A true gent .I would not hesitate in booking again and hope to return soon .

  • "We had a lovely week at 1 Marine Terrace."

For anyone wishing to book this property, please be aware that there are very steep stairs up to the bedrooms, and there are a few steps throughout the ground floor also - so if you have anyone with mobility issues staying with you, these steps may cause issues. However - the property is delightful, very comfortable and cosy, and right in the heart of the village meaning very easy access to shops, pubs and the beach. With regard to the facilities at the house, it would have been useful to have a baking sheet and a larger frying pan in the kitchen, but otherwise everything we needed was provided. Please also note the parking is not along the drive next to the property, but down the private road next to the sandymount pub. Overall, we had a lovely stay here, and found that the owner Owen was very friendly and helpful (he was nearby when we arrived and helped us unpack!) I highly recommend this property to someone who wants to stay in the heart of the village.
