Holiday Rental Description

Make the most of these two wonderful properties to rent together, a historic stone farmhouse and separate charming cottage, with a hot tub in an acre of private grounds. They re located in a secluded part of Snowdonia National Park, with magnificent panoramic views of Snowdon and the coastline. It s a perfect spot for friends, families (and the dog) to retreat to unspoilt countryside overlooking Ceredigion Bay and Snowdonia. Activities on offer include walking, cycling, golf, wild swimming, water sports, sailing and fishing. Visit the shops and eateries in Harlech alongside the clifftop medieval castle, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, head to St David s links championship golf course or explore the miles of sandy beach and dunes. All within 8 miles, you can pop to Criccieth Castle, the Owain Glyndwr Centre, Coed y Brenin Forest Park and Portmeirion Italianate village. Follow the coast southwards towards Barmouth (11 miles) or west towards Abersoch on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula. There is so much to see and do. Walk into the farmhouse, with flagstone floors and period features throughout. It has been delicately decorated to retain its heritage whilst providing modern comforts and thoughtful extras to enhance your stay. The boot room has plenty of space for your walking boots, beach gear and outdoor attire. Continue to the open plan lounge/diner with wood burner in the feature fireplace, Smart TV, comfortable sofas and chairs to relax in after a full day out. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen is a lovely space to get creative with all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal from the local produce purchased on your travels. The pretty dining room is the perfect setting by the window to gather around and enjoy a meal together. The separate utility offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, shower and WC. Also on the ground floor is the first of four bedrooms in the farmhouse, a lovely single room with a double bed. Head upstairs to choose from the king size, twin (zip and link which can be made up as a super king on request) and the single with 4 (small double) bed. On this floor there s also a stunning bathroom to unwind in, boasting a wonderful free standing bath and separate shower. Adjacent to this farmhouse is the second property; a lovely holiday let with underfloor heating, and a further two bedrooms. Choose between a king with sea views and the cosy twin. Relax in the lounge with a TV, wood burner effect electric fire, sofas and stunning views from the tall windows. Make a hearty breakfast in the kitchen and enjoy the views from the table in the lounge. Completing the accommodation is a bespoke bathroom with shower over bath. This a great holiday set up, with the benefit of two separate properties offering plenty of space for everyone to spend time together on your holiday. Outside, enjoy the unique remote location with wonderful coastal and mountain views from sunrise to sunset wherever you are in the garden: in the hot tub, at the patio with table and chairs, or on the relaxed, cushy seating area. Enjoy al fresco dining, light the charcoal BBQ or relax by the firepit to make the most of this idyllic spot. There is plenty of outdoor space to store your bikes and canoes, and private parking for up to four cars.
