Dining room, sitting room with Smart TV, woodburning stove, and games room. King-size bedroom, ground-floor double with Jack-and-Jill access to shower room, double and family room (sleeps max two). Bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Highchair and travel cot available. Enclosed terrace with furniture, hot tub, barbecue and off-road parking for six cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Note: The dogs are to be kept to the upper part of the garden. Note: Parking is across the road from the property. Note: Ten steps and a sloping path leading from road level to the property. Note: Sofa bed available for flexible sleeping arrangements. Note: There is no permitted access to the woodland.
