A large lawned garden wraps around the front, side and rear of the property and is complete with wooden garden furniture, a leaning parasol and gas BBQ. The quaint village of Llanbedrog is home to a number of attractions; from sheltered expanses of sand and shallow waters at Llanbedrog beach (0.5 miles) or local beach bar and restaurant, to networks of paths lined by pine trees, heather and local wildlife. Slightly further afield, you will find Abersoch, a fashionable seaside resort and Pwllheli, the official capital of The Llyn Peninsula. No matter the weather you’re sure to enjoy your stay at this welcoming holiday bungalow.

• Rooms: Ground floor: Kitchen, living/dining area with flame-effect fire, king bedroom, twin zip & link bedroom (can be made as king on request), a bunk bedroom and a wet room with underfloor heating. 
• Kitchen and utilities: Sleek fitted kitchen with electric oven & hob, freestanding fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dining table with chairs for 4 people. Doors leading to rear garden.
• Entertainment: 50" Smart TV and board games in living room. Wi-Fi available.
• For families: Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
• Outside: Large front and rear lawned gardens with garden furniture, leaning parasol and gas BBQ.
• Please note: There will be remedial work carried out in the low season of 2022 to provide guests with improved facilities.
• General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 3 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar and wine.
