• Size: Sleeps 8, 3 bedrooms (families only)
• Beds: 2 doubles, 2 bunk beds (full-sized singles)
• Rooms: Ground floor – living/dining room, kitchen, double bedroom with en suite shower room, a further double bedroom, third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, bathroom
• Kitchen and utilities: Double oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, microwave, washing machine.
• Entertainment: Smart HDTV, DVD player, CD stereo, books;
• For families: Travel cot and highchair available if required. A £100 security deposit is requested, returned at the end of a successful stay.
• Outside: Rear enclosed garden with patio furniture and steps up to a raised sun terrace with sun lounges.
• Parking: Driveway and off-road parking for 2 cars and a boat to the front of the cottage.
• General: Bed linen hand and bath towels provided. Heating and electricity included.
