• Size: Sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms.

• Rooms: Ground floor – Kitchen/dining room, sitting room, conservatory, utility and boot room. Annexe with  bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs - 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
• Kitchen and utilities: Original Quarry tiled floor and built in dresser. Seating area with bench and dining room table. Well stocked kitchen with electric range cooker with extractor fan. Nespresso coffee machine. Small kitchen aid mixer. Microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in utility room.
• Entertainment: Smart TV - Wifi included.
• For families: Travel cot, high chair and stair-gate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
• Outside: Spacious enclosed garden, safe for children and pets, Garden furniture and Gas/charcoal BBQ.
• Parking: Secure parking space for 2 cars.
