Holiday Rental Description

This fabulously spacious holiday cottage in the charming Welsh village of Lloc is a great accessible friendly place for family holidays or getting away with friends. Located near the picturesque North Wales coastline, this charming destination is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding countryside and coastal attractions. Situated within easy reach of Holywell, Caerwys, and Prestatyn Central Beach, you'll have plenty of options for entertainment and adventure. Just 4 miles away, Holywell is home to the renowned St Winefride's Holy Well, a historic site that is considered one of the Seven Wonders of Wales. For golf enthusiasts, Pennant Park is a mere 1.5 miles away, offering a delightful course to enjoy. If horseback riding is more your style, there is a local riding school nearby. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Caerwys, the smallest town in Wales, located just 3 miles away. And for a day at the beach, the sandy shores of Prestatyn are a short drive of 8 miles. Nature lovers will be in paradise with Wales's Coast Path, Pennant Walk, Offa's Dyke, and the Clwydian Range all within close proximity. If you're in the mood for some cultural exploration, make sure to visit Mold, located 13 miles away, known for its vibrant street market, annual food festival, and Theatr Clwyd. Additionally, the historic town of Chester, with its Roman walls and amphitheatre, or visit the Victorian splendor of Llandudno, featuring a pier, arcades, dry ski slope, and theatre, both are within easy reach. These towns offer a wide range of eateries, shops, and attractions, ensuring there is something for everyone. Best of all, both Chester and Llandudno are within a 25 mile radius, making them easily accessible for day trips. This attractive cottage has been designed and furnished with thoughtful touches throughout including a ramped accessible access, providing guests with the home away from home feeling. Walk into the hallway and be greeted with the pool table ready for your first game. Walk through to the kitchen with space for your outdoor attire. The kitchen is a charming space with everything you need to prepare a enjoyable meal, open the back door, stepping into the garden and enjoy the views over the neighbouring fields behind. When ready, the dining room is the perfect setting to gather round to enjoy a lovely meal, catch up over a glass of something sweet or play a board game as a family. After dinner, continue through for a relaxing evening in the lounge, with the large comfortable sofa, chairs, and a Smart TV to watch your favourites. The French doors open out onto the garden if you would like to let the outside in and in those finer months of the year, open up for indoor outdoor living with the patio being the ideal place to entertain or BBQ. When ready for bed, there are four gorgeous bedrooms, all designed with their own individual style. On the ground floor is the king size accessible bedroom with the separate stylish one step corner shower room and WC. Upstairs, you ll find the three other bedrooms: a super king size with a large en suite bathroom with a wonderful free standing bath, a further generous king size, and a spacious twin. The house sits at the top of the attractive garden, edged by trees and shrubs, with a long gravelled drive. To the front of the house there is a table, chairs, and a charcoal BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. There is further seating by the kitchen overlooking the fields and a paved patio by the French doors from the lounge. The children can let off steam on the lawn, and there are other areas dotted around where you can unwind in your idyllic surroundings. Access to the property is hard landscaped and there is a ramp leading towards the main entrance for level access.
