There are a further two doubles, a twin with en-suite cloakroom, a triple bunk with en-suite cloakroom, a family room with two children's bunks and double basin, a second floor king-size double with en-suite cloakroom, two second floor king-size doubles and a second floor pull-out trundle bed, sleeping up to 29 guests altogether. The interior also boasts a bathroom, two shower rooms and two cloakrooms as well as a kitchen/diner with gas fire, a utility, a sitting room, a conservatory/dining room a snug room and a library. You also have a bar, a drinks wash room and a function/conference room with a DJ booth in an external building. Outside is a large lawned garden with wheelchair ramps, decking area and gas heaters. House is a fabulous getaway for large groups looking to celebrate a special occasion.

Area St Asaph lies in the Vale of Clwyd, six miles between Denbigh and the coastal town of Rhyl, in North Wales. It overlooks the rivers Clwyd and Elwy, and is also home to a historic cathedral. In September, the city comes alive with the arrival of the North Wales International Music festival, which takes place across numerous locations.
