11 Sandhurst Road consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and a living/dining room with Smart TV, and dining seating for eight. The bedrooms all have Smart TVs and consist of a king-size, a double and a family room with double and bunk, along with a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a rear enclosed patio with furniture and off-road parking. Within 0.6 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property.
