We enjoyed living here for a week, one of us is extremely disabled and permanently in a (small) wheelchair and we had no problem with accessing the rooms or getting into and out of the cottage.. The cottage was well equipped with everything we could possibly need, well furnished and comfortable. Very comfortable bed.

As an agile wheelchair user I found access easy, with the exception of the front bedroom.. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and is a credit to the owners. This is the best property we have stayed in, so far, and is very reasonably priced. Despite the weather we had a great holiday.

Although it was not mentioned in the information about the cottage it is situated right on a the main road to Prestatyn with the accompanying road noise, this could be an big issue during the summer when windows need to be opened, and the current windows are not double glazed.. Although mentioned the cottage is along side the pub and the beer garden can be noisy during the evening. The pub smoking area is adjacent to the front bedroom window, which meant we could clearly hear the customers. The cottage was quite well equipped, but clothing storage is limited, especially in the second bed room, which has none! A clothes airer would also be useful. The table in the kitchen is ok for two, but cannot seat 4 as the seat cannot be pulled out due to the radiator. The heating controls are also interesting.

Perfect cottage.. Lovely back garden to sit in. Pub next door serving delicious food including gluten free. Cottage bathroom perfect for disability. (Seated walk in shower) This is our second time at the cottage. We love it. Will be returning again.

The Bedrooms require some seating to help with dressing.. - Lack of Toilet rolls and very little washing up liquid was available. - Generally the Cottage was Very Good and Comfortable.
