Calor gas central heating. Oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wash machine, dishwasher. 2 x Smart TVs, TV in lounge and in main bedroom, also Now TV and basic Sky entertainment. Second bedroom has TV with Freeview. WiFi. Fuel and power, bed linen, towels incl. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sofa bed in lounge - but please do advise a week in advance if you need the sofa bed so that sofa bed linen can be arranged. Highchair and cot/linen also available on request. Amusement arcade, indoor heated swimming pool, with waterslide, Zip wire and crazy golf facilities (leisure passes for facilities can be purchased on site from Parkdean reception). Restaurant onsite with access during daytime and leisure pass also includes evening access including the Show Bar. Off-road parking for 1 car and approx a 10 minute drive to Gwrych Castle. Enclosed front decking with furniture. Please note there is CCTV jn front and side decking but this will never be in use when guests are at the property, it is only in use when the property is vacant, for security reasons. Nisa Convenience store on site. plus a Spar shop within half a mile plus Co Op and Premier Store and also an Asda approx 2 miles away, on the main Towyn Road. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Bookings Fri to Fri Fri to Mon, Mon to Mon, Mon or Mon to Fri are accepted. There is a Good Housekeeping bond of £250GBP.

Towyn is a popular seaside resort residing in Conwy, in between the neighbouring coastal towns of Rhyl and Llandudno. This bustling town is home to a sandy beach which stretches for miles alongside Victorian arcades, classic fish and chip shops, and local pubs and shops. Popular attractions in the town include The Tir Prince Leisure Park, a thrilling amusement park boasting the North West’s leading Harness Raceway, the largest outdoor weekly market in North Wales, and a range of rides for all the family, there's also Knightly's Fun Park, a family-friendly attraction with a funfair with a vibrant bar and restaurant. A short drive away is the Clwydian Mountain Range, several rolling hills based in north east Wales, running from Llandegla in the south to Prestatyn in the north, and the highest point Moel Famau, a very popular Christmas and New Years walking destination. Llandudno is further afield in Conwy, home to a traditional pier, cable car station, underground tours of ancient mines, and a fun promenade. Towyn is the perfect spot for a family seaside holiday in North Wales.

Easy access to site from main North Wales transport routes and off-road parking for 1 car. Near to the beach and with some views of Gwrych Castle. Site has indoor heated swimming pool/waterslide, arcade, zip wire, kayaking, crazy golf, aqua jets and archery, adventure playground and crafts den. Passes for leisure activities can be purchased on site from Parkdean reception area). Ice cream parlour and pizza parlour on site. Restaurant onsite with access during daytime and any leisure pass purchased at Parkdean's reception also includes evening access to the area for the evening restaurant where evening meals can be purchased, there is also a Show Bar with family entertainment. During December weekends there is a Winter Wonderland on site and the property lounge is also decorated for Christmas with tree and lights.
