Mountain View is a large detached property, converted from a former pub/hotel, in the North Wales village of Penmaenmawr. The property sleeps up to 59 people and has 14 bedrooms (eight with en-suite facilities), two large dormitory rooms and four additional family bathrooms. It also contains a kitchen with a dining area for 45, a sitting room that seats 16, a disco/media room and a large games room with pool and table football. Outside is off road parking and an outdoor seating area. Set just a short walk from the beach, yet within a short drive of the Snowdonia National Park, Mountain View is a wonderful holiday home for large groups and family get-togethers.

Over four floors. Sleeping accommodation as follows:. BASEMENT. Bedroom 1: 1 x double bed and 1 x bunk bed (sleeps 2) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. GROUND FLOOR. Bedroom 2: Zip & link (double). Bedroom 3: Zip & link (double) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Bunk Room: 8 x bunks (sleeps 16) two ensuites; one with bath, basin and WC and one with shower, basin and WC. FIRST FLOOR (two sets of stairs leading up to two separate areas on the first floor). First floor area one accessed via the stairs in the bunk room (leads to bedrooms 13, 16 and 17). Bedroom 13: 4 x single beds plus cot (this is not numbered but would you be happy to have this labelled. Bedroom 16: Zip & link (double) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 17: Zip & link (double) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. First floor area two accessed via the stairs next to the kitchen (leads to bedrooms 4 to 9). Bedroom 4: Zip & link (double) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 5: Zip & link (double) with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 6: Zip & link (double). Kitchen, complete with two double ovens, 5-ring gas hob, combination microwave/ovens, three large fridge/freezers and two dishwashers. Dining area seating 29. Basement Games Room - party/entertainment room complete with sound system with disco lighting, foosball, pool table, air hockey, darts, shuffleboard, a selection of books, toys and games, underfloor heating and TV.

Nestled on the North Wales coast between Llanfairfechan and Conwy, Penmaenmawr is an old quarrying town now adapted into a delightful community stretching along this stunning coastline, yet retaining much of its Victorian architecture, with many local pubs, restaurants and shops, a superb golf course and golden, sandy beaches.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Gas central heating throughout. 2x Smart TVs, DVD, soundbar. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WIFI included in rent. Three highchairs and two stairgates. Off road parking for 3 cars with car park 300 yards away. Patio area with picnic benches. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 1 min walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Check-in 4pm. Note - Three external steps to front door and small step on lower ground floor. Note - Part of second floor has sloping ceilings and restricted head-height with partial hand rail on staircase and one bedroom has sloping ceiling with reduced head-height to one side. Note - Limited clothes storage in dormitories. Note - Three full sized adult trundles can be erected wherever required, bringing the total sleeps to 50. Please note: Only Friday checks ins are accepted when booking online. Monday check ins are generally welcome with sufficient notice and other check in days may be available with the owner’s prior approval.
