Just returned from a lovely holiday here. Had such a great week watching buzzards, red kite and also saw two woodpeckers on the bird feeders in the garden! The accommodation is brilliant. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in the cottage. Our grandson loved seeing the donkeys in a nearby field and peeping in at one of the dogs with her brand new puppies. Farmer Edwards and his wife are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We hope to return as soon as possible!

This is our second time to this property which is such a cosy warm cottage, decorated beautifully with stunning views. The welcome pack is a lovely touch and the cottage is so well equipped, the extra little touches, they really have thought of everything. The owners are very friendly and helpful, without being intrusive and will go out of their way, to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Safe to say we will definitely be back again.

This cottage is one of the best we have stayed in and over the years we have stayed in many.. It has everything you could wish for, and more, and the views from the windows are fabulous. We received a very warm welcome from the owners, and their dogs which were well behaved and welcoming. We also enjoyed the Welsh cakes they left or us, delicious! Every room is warm and comfortable and it was great to settle down in the evening with a glass of wine and a good meal before lounging in front of the tv. We enjoyed it so much we already want to return next summer.

Great holiday cottage, I can highly recommend.. Stunning views, especially from the main bedroom. The owner came to check we were ok and left a lovely welcome pack with the basics. Our daughter loved having the sheep and cows roaming around and she spent ages outside and looking out of the window at them :)

We had a wonderful time and Pen Y Bryn cottage.. The house itself was perfect. It was beautifully presented and had everything we needed. The girls loved the garden and being so close to the animals. Despite being right on the farm it felt very private and peaceful. There was lots to do in the local area and we would definitely recommend it to our friends. This was the first time we have used Sykes and it was extremely easy. The booking was simple and everything was exactly as specified.

A perfect base for exploring the local area whilst also being an escape due to the position of the cottage.. Everything we needed was provided as well as little extras on arrival. A superb holiday cottage.

This Holiday cottage is perfect for a relaxing family getaway.. The cottage is spacious yet cosy and was perfectly clean upon arrival. The outside space is great for kids as it's enclosed and safe for play. The jewel on the crown is definately the panoramic views which are excellently displayed in the main living area through the floor to ceiling windows. The cottage is well located being just 25 minute drive from Llandudno and 15 minutes from Betws ye Cord. We can't wait to return.

Well positioned cottage with wonderful views with the Helpful owners nearby for any problems or advice on the area.. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to explore all this lovely area has to offer. We have a few future recommendations for consideration. Another comfy chair for the lounge area, there were six adults in our party, we found sitting in the middle of the large sofa on the edge of two cushions was not very comfortable. Having single zip linked bed in all rooms would give maximum flexibility, particularly if more than two of the party are not couples. The sofa bed does give other options but is not ideal as early risers have to pass through this room to reach the kitchen. The fridge was also on the small side for six adults. Not enough cutlery if you want to completely fill the dishwasher Lastly it says three cars on the internet, currently room for four Please note these are only observations, not criticisms as we had a lovely holiday. Our stay at Pen Y Bryn was wonderful, the house is absolutely perfect! For the stay, it was mainly myself and partner with our 2 year old daughter, although we also had family stay for a couple of nights. We were looking for a spacious, isolated home with a high finish, log burner and good views - the house exceeds all of these points easily. Well worth staying here, very close to lots of activities all around Snowdon.

Simply, the best.. This was the perfect house in the perfect location. It had stunning views and was so close to everything we wanted to see in Wales. The house itself was furnished with everything you needed for a perfect holiday and the hosts provided a wonderful little welcome pack of farm fresh eggs, bacon, milk, butter, tea, coffee, and Welsh goodies. We loved the cows and the new puppies. It was so much fun being a part of the farm. We would highly recommend you stay here when vacationing in Wales, especially if you are a large family!
