Located in the heart Eglwysbach village, close to the well known pub, and near to Conwy, a World Heritage Site with castle, town walls, independent shops, eateries and fishing harbour. Put on your walking boots or get ready on your bicycle to discover gentle strolls to challenging climbs with breath taking views and an abundance of sites to see along the way. Visit the RSPB Reserve for wildlife watching, go river fishing or have an adventure at Zip World and Surf Snowdonia. Taste the delights in a plethora of pubs, restaurants, cafes and the Welsh Food Centre, visit the collection of shops and attractions in and around the area from National Trust sites such as Bodnant Gardens to Britain's Smallest House. The house is aptly named with rooms in all directions, enter into the cosy dining room with feature fireplace and traditional Welsh dresser. From here head up the steep stairs to two bedrooms, one double and one single, both with garden views. Or on the ground floor, passing the bright bathroom with bath and WC, go through the well equipped galley kitchen to the spacious conservatory with sofas and TV with access to garden and secret courtyard. From the sunny conservatory head to the cosy lounge with wood burner and large TV with Netflix, perfect for a night in. Here you will find the shower room with shower and WC and another twisting staircase up to a double bedroom. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the dining table, afternoon tea in the conservatory, a game of pool, table tennis or foosball in the games room or just relax in the hot tub and enjoy the pretty garden. The spacious utility room across the courtyard has the obvious washing machine, tumble dryer and sink with oodles of space for your boots, coats, wet suits and active gear. There are so many rooms and spaces to be together and plan another day of your holiday, just perfect for you. Outside, the pretty garden is fully enclosed with lawn, well stocked borders, hot tub and games room. There are table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining to embrace the view or get engrossed in a good book. There is bike and canoe storage available and ample off road parking in the enclosed garden. The owners live on site, but your privacy is assured.
