Entertainment - 2 x 40 inch TVs, DVD player, Full sized pool table.

For families - Cot & Highchair available (please request when booking).

Outside - Rear garden, Jacuzzi hot tub, BBQ & Garden shed (available for bike storage).    The hot tub should not be used after 22.00 - guests must be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels down when in the garden late at night.

Parking - Off street parking for 4 cars.

General - Families only. No Stag/Hen or any other Parties, Wifi, Heating & electricity included, Bed linen and towels included, 1 Hair dryer.

Pets - No pets
