Historic Conwy is 11 miles away, with a 13th century castle, a harbour, and independent shops. While in that area, you could visit Bodnant Gardens, Conwy Water Gardens, or Adventure Parc Snowdonia. Just 15 miles away is Betws y Coed, the gateway to Eryri/Snowdonia National Park with its outdoor activities and attractions. This beautiful farmhouse and adjoining stone barn conversion are full of natural light, boasting stunning valley views. Walk into the hall leading to the light and bright open plan kitchen/diner area. The bespoke kitchen is a sociable space where you can enjoy a meal at the dining table. The separate pantry is accessed from the kitchen. Upstairs is the spacious, contemporary lounge with comfortable sofas, TV and superb uninterrupted views from the feature window. Back downstairs, you ll find the second lounge with comfortable sofas and wood burner, and the games room with pool table and TV. There is also the sunroom, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the garden. Also, on this floor is the utility room. Back through to the other end of the house is first of the six bedrooms: a chic king size bedroom with French doors and an en suite shower room. There is also a superb bathroom with a bath and a shower. Upstairs you will find a further five king size bedrooms, all offering lovely views to wake up to. All the king size beds can be made up as twins on request. The second stylish bathroom is perfect for a leisurely start to the day with a free standing bath and a shower. The property is surrounded by gardens with paved patio area, table, chairs, gas BBQ and fire pit. There is ample space in the garden for paddleboards and kayaks, and a lockable bike store.
