The old market town of Tregaron (9 miles) boasting a gastropub, shops, the Red Kite Centre and Museum, which is steeped in history with relic forts, standing stones and Roman roads used by 18th century drovers. Visit the university town of Lampeter (10 miles) with its restaurants, organic shops, and Welsh Quilt Centre or one of the many events from the horse fair to the food festival, explore Dolaucothi Gold Mines and the pretty coastal town of Aberaeron, 22 miles west. The Cambrian Mountains and Ceredigion Coast Path offer excellent scenic walking, a plethora of places to visit, attractions to see, and activities to enjoy. The doors of this semi detached fulling mill opens into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where the kitchen area has all the equipment you need to prepare a tasty meal, including an electric range style oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer compartment. When the meal is ready, gather around the dining table, a perfect setting by the log burner, and plan your activities. After a full day out, relax on the sofa and watch a film on the TV with Amazon Prime or catch up on each other s news. Leading up from the lower level of the kitchen, is a vibrant shower room with WC, on this floor too. Upstairs, choose from two luxurious bedrooms: either the king size with red freestanding bath and screened WC, or another king size with dual aspect windows complete with lovely views. Head outside to the mill garden to enjoy al fresco dining on the gravelled patio with a table, chairs, and charcoal BBQ.
