• Rooms: Ground floor: Kitchen/dining area, living area, triple bedroom ( 1 double, 1 small single) and a bathroom with corner bath and shower over. 
• Kitchen and utilities: Open plan kitchen with oven, hob, under-counter fridge with ice box, microwave and and dining area for 3 people. 
• Entertainment: TV in living area. Wi-Fi available.
• For families: Travel cot available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
• Outside: Front paved courtyard area with picnic table.
• General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 1 hairdryer provided. 
• Pets: 2 small dog welcome. Additional charges apply. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs must be kept on leads outside at all times.
