Located in the centre of the vibrant seaside town of Penarth, close to Dingle Road train station, this apartment takes inspiration from the elegant art deco design of Penarth Pier Pavilion to create a cutting-edge contemporary space to call home. A wall of windows illuminates the generously proportioned open-plan living area and kitchen, which is where we envisage you spending most of your time cooking in the modern kitchen, socialising around the breakfast bar and relaxing on the chic blue sofas. Two large double bedrooms make for soothing sanctuaries of calm at the end of the day, with both enjoying access to their own private en-suite shower rooms. Penarth is known as 'The Garden by the Sea', and thanks to the communal yoga lawn, you'll be able to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of a residents' only outdoor space. Walk a few minutes towards the sea and uncover a former Victorian seaside resort that's retained its charm while benefitting from an influx of creative cocktail bars, innovative restaurants and independent shops.
