Holiday Rental Description

It’s tricky to pick what we like best here. Maybe it’s the Park City location, close to the slopes in winter and trails in summer. Or maybe it’s the view over the golf course to the mountains, best enjoyed from the private hot tub. We also love the resort amenities, including the communal pool and fitness room. The house has all the comforts you need after a day’s adventure, like cosy beds and hot showers, plus a sofa bed in the downstairs den that’s handy for larger groups. We’re sure you’ll spend most of your time here in the great outdoors. But when you do arrive back after a busy day, we know you’ll feel right at home.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the den on the lower level, where there's also a bathroom.
*This home is set over three levels, so it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*One of the bedrooms has its own private balcony.
*You'll have access to the on-site fitness room, golf course, and heated outdoor pool here. They're shared with the resort's other residents.
*The Frostwood Gondola ski lift is within walking distance of the home.
*During the winter season, a free, on-demand transport service is available for guests, allowing you to access all of Park City. A complimentary bus can also be picked up from a stop that's a ten-minute walk away.
*Staff may enter the garage to collect and return waste bins.
