Set in Lower Deer Valley, this condo is a calm, well-considered base for mountain breaks year-round. Overlooking Deer Valley Pond, it's the perfect location for nature lovers, with hiking routes, ski runs and biking trails galore. In the summer, you can rent paddleboards and enjoy time out on the water. Sleeping is spread across three bedrooms over two levels and suits families and groups of friends alike. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking at home, but you’re also just minutes from Deer Valley Resort and Main Street, so we imagine you'll be getting out and exploring the local wining and dining options too.

*The home comes with an assigned space in the garage and unassigned outdoor parking (permit required). Parking is not permitted on the street.
*You can find ski/snowboard racks in the private (exterior) entry and boot warmers in the (interior) entryway.
*Quiet hours are observed in the building – no loud music, noises or vehicle sounds from 10pm to 7am daily.
*This home does not permit weddings, receptions, parties, or large gatherings.
