This modern duplex boasts an impressive location – just 1.5 miles from the Jordanelle Express Gondola and around fifteen minutes from Park City’s ski resorts and Historic Main Street. It works well year-round, with easy access to skiing in winter and Jordanelle State Park and Reservoir in summer. At full capacity, the home is best suited to families – the bunk room and lower-level games room are ideal for little ones, with double over double bunk beds and a double pull-out trundle bed each. Kids will get plenty of use out of the Pac-Man arcade game and ping-pong table, while the adults relax upstairs with the Sonos soundbar or gather around the barbecue on the deck.

*Quiet hours are observed in the building – no loud music, noises or vehicle sounds from 10pm to 7am daily.
*The home includes a two-car garage plus driveway parking for two additional vehicles. Street parking isn’t permitted at any time.
*Recreational vehicles (including trailers, RVs, boats, fifth wheels, and ATVs) can’t be parked in the subdivision, except for short-term loading and unloading (up to two hours).
