Nestled in East Austin, this home puts some of the city's best bars and restaurants at your fingertips. It's a buzzy locale within easy reach of downtown, making it ideal for those wanting to take advantage of all Austin has to offer – be it live music, line dancing or legendary barbecue. Back home, the kitchen is well-stocked for home-cooking. You can enjoy meals around the table or outside in the gravelled garden. There are three bedrooms – two of which have two queen beds – so it's a good fit for friends or families. The only downside is there's just one shower, but the freestanding bath is perfect for long, leisurely soaks.

*While the home can sleep up to ten people, the maximum occupancy is six guests.
*The third bedroom is in the attic.
*There's only one shower here, and it's en-suite to the main bedroom. The second bathroom has a tub with a handheld shower – it's great for long soaks, but not so much for showering.
*Your host may be able to provide a pack n' play travel cot upon request.
*Parking is available for three cars in the driveway, with further space available on the street. That said, a car isn't needed in this location as it's easy to get around on foot.
*Please note that this home is across the street from a cemetery.
*There may be external cameras here for security purposes.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
