You can stroll to 12 South where you’ll find a great selection of restaurants, music venues, bars and boutiques. Plus, you’ll have access to a shared yard with a fire pit, a barbecue and a hammock for magical sunset drinks. There’s also a little porch and the living room works perfectly for laidback movie nights. Remote workers will also appreciate the dedicate desk space.
