Holiday Rental Description

A twenty-minute walk from bustling Broadway, this Nashville getaway is perfect for groups. You'll find it in Gulch, one of the city's trendiest neighbourhoods, just a short stroll from Music Row. Enjoy catching up in the living area or retreat to one of the comfortable bedrooms for some private time. From sound machines in each bedroom to extra sleeping space (a sofa bed in the lounge and two twin trundles on the landing), your host made sure all the little extras were taken care of. We love the balcony, too – it's the perfect spot for sundowners before a night on the town.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. There are also two twin trundle beds on the second-floor common space, which can be used as either beds or sofas. These are available upon request, though the guest count cannot exceed twelve people.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a pack n' play cot and high chair upon request.
*The fourth bedroom has a garage-style door opening to the balcony. It's tinted and there are blinds, but this isn't a blackout sleeping room.
*Please note that all bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first and second floors. There are approximately twenty-five steps here. The half bathroom is on the ground level.
*Parking is available for two cars on the driveway, with more free space available on the street.
