Planning a big group getaway to Nashville? This three-storey home makes it easy. The contemporary interiors and sense of space are impressive. But it’s the thoughtful extras that set this home apart from the rest. Expect a screened-in porch with a fire pit for late-night chats and a garden hot tub for soaking under the Tennessee stars. Do note, the last bedroom sleeps four guests on double bunk beds – great for close-knit friends and family, but it might not suit everyone. Location-wise, you’re just on the edge of Germantown, with Broadway’s legendary honky-tonks, speakeasies, and music halls just a five-minute drive (or Uber) away.

*The fourth bedroom features two sets of double bunk beds, sleeping four guests.

*Luggage storage is available.
*There’s a dedicated desk space for remote working.
*Please note that the hot tub has difficulty maintaining heat above 95 degrees in cold temperatures.
