This condo is coastal living at its finest. For starters, the location is fantastic – the beach is just steps away. Although you'll want to spend all your time on the sand, there's plenty to enjoy back home. The porch is perfect for alfresco breakfasts and cocktail hours, and the view as the sun goes down is hard to beat. Inside, the vibe is pared-back coastal charm. Each bedroom boasts an en-suite for extra convenience. With Kiawah Island bike trails, golf courses, and restaurants nearby, we think it's a comfortable, well-placed option for families and friends.

*There are about fifteen steps to the front door.
*Pool towels, beach towels, and beach gear are not provided – you'll have to bring your own.
*Please note that this home does not have access to the island's resort pools or fitness centre.
*We suggest having a car for ease. Parking is available for two cars.
*There's a fireplace here, but it's not for guest use.
*The minimum age to rent this home is 25 years old.
