Just 2 miles from the beach and set between the tidal marshes and the Kiawah River, this home has incredible views from its private terrace. You may even spot dolphins from the private dock here or spend some time at the resort’s communal outdoor and indoor pools or fitness centre. You’ll also have access to golf courses, an equestrian centre, dining options and more. Inside this elegant upside-down home, you can enjoy more vistas from the top-floor living room, while another floor has a bar area and additional living space. One thing to note – one of the rooms has a daybed and a trundle bed for guests nine and ten. All in all, this home is in a fantastic setting.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the daybed and trundle bed – this may be best suited to children.
*There are communal amenities here, including an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground, as well as an indoor heated pool, fitness centre, fitness classes, and library. There are also two championship golf courses, a racquet club, an equestrian centre, dining options and more.
This home has full membership access, so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool.
