*The swimming pool isn't fenced.
*The dining table seats eight so isn’t big enough to accommodate everyone when the home is at full occupancy. However, there is additional seating for three people at the breakfast bar.
*Your host provides a starter supply of coffee, toilet paper, and paper towels, but you might want to bring your own to top this up.
*The fireplace here is decorative only and cannot be used.
*The lead guest must be aged 25 or over.
*Due to this home’s mountainous location, the weather can be unpredictable. A four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended between November and April. On-site parking for five cars is available here.
