Located on the Isle of Palms, this coastal home is just a three-minute walk from the beach. With an open-plan living area for sociable meals and relaxing evenings, and en-suite bedrooms, its well set up for groups. And for outdoor space, you can choose between the front porch – a great spot to sit and watch the sun set – and the back patio, ideal for barbecues and alfresco dining. When it comes to exploring, you’ll find sand dunes, a marina, and a choice of eateries nearby. And for a fun way to see the island, why not rent a golf buggy from your host?

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, four guests will share one bedroom, sleeping in two double beds.
*The dining table seats eight so isn’t big enough to accommodate everyone when the home is at full occupancy. However, there is also seating for four people at the breakfast bar.
*Your host provides a starter supply of coffee, toilet paper, and paper towels but you might want to bring your own to top this up.
*The lead guest must be at least 25.
