Holiday Rental Description

This Isle of Palms home sits just one block from the beach and only a thirty-minute drive from Charleston. The location speaks for itself – simply wake up, grab your gear, and be sprawled out on the sand in no time. When you're ready for a break from the waves, there's a private pool back home as well as wrap-around porches where you can soak up the sunshine. Inside, you'll find two living areas – a downstairs lounge perfect for kids and an upstairs great room with space for everyone. Each bedroom has its own bathroom too – ideal for group getaways.

Home truths:
*This is an upside-down house. The bedrooms and a lounge are on the ground floor, while the main living space and kitchen are on the first level.
*The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds, both with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. The double bed in the third bedroom is lofted – we think it's best suited to an older child or a teenager.
*Although you won't need a car to reach the beach, we suggest having a vehicle for ease. Four parking spaces are available.
*The private pool can't be heated.
*There's a fireplace here, but it's not for guest use.
*The minimum age to rent this home is 25 years old.
