Set right on the edge of a tranquil lagoon, this villa is just a five-minute stroll from the soft sands of South Beach. Inside, it has the bright, breezy ease of a beach cabin, with an open-plan kitchen and living space that opens onto a waterfront deck – the perfect spot for alfresco meals, wildlife spotting or even a spot of fishing. Prefer to leave the car behind? Everything you could wish for is within walking distance here – tennis and pickleball courts, a community swimming pool and playground, plus restaurants, shops and ice-cream parlours.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The dining table only seats four, but there's additional seating at the breakfast bar.
*Two on-site parking spaces are available here.
*A Beach Renourishment Project on Hilton Head Island is ongoing until May 2026. During this time, sections of local beaches will be temporarily closed, with work completed in phases.
