Holiday Rental Description

Set a short stroll from the sand on Hilton Head Island, this home is in a superb spot. The oceanfront location makes beach days a breeze, while the pool and hot tub are particularly inviting after a windswept walk along the shore. Inside, there’s ample space for groups to get comfy, including a family room with a pool table and bar, a games room, and an additional sofa bed. And while there’s plenty to keep you busy on the island, from golfing to hiking and biking, here you can easily while away an afternoon simply admiring the view.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the family room. Four guests will also sleep in the two bunk beds in one of the bedrooms, which have a double bunk on the bottom and a single on the top. Each bunk bed can sleep a maximum of two people and might be best suited to children.
*While this home has a lift, this only provides access between the ground and first floor. There are stairs between the first and second floor.
*Four of the five bedrooms on the first floor have en-suite bathrooms. Guests staying in the fifth bedroom will need to use the bathroom on the ground floor or one of the other bedrooms' en-suites.
*A Beach Renourishment Project on Hilton Head Island is ongoing until May 2026. During this time, sections of local beaches will be temporarily closed, with work completed in phases.
