If you’re planning a fun family gathering on Hilton Island, this home is a great option. There’s a private pool for swims and a games room with ping pong as well as a golf simulator. You’ll have an abundance of space to stretch out and the rooms with bunk beds are perfect for kids. Your host is on hand to help organise special extras like private chefs, massage treatments and a range of experiences. Plus, the location couldn’t be better with Burkes Beach just moments away. It’s also possible to walk to the community tennis courts, golf courses and the nearest restaurants.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the main bedroom.
*The fifth bedroom has two queen-size bunk beds sleeping up to 8 guests.
*Your host provides a starter supply of toiletries, but you might want to bring your own to top this up.
*There is a golf simulator here but you will need to bring your own clubs.
*Construction work is ongoing in the area around the home. You may experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
*A Beach Renourishment Project on Hilton Head Island is ongoing until May 2026. During this time, sections of local beaches will be temporarily closed, with work completed in phases.
