Holiday Rental Description

This place is perfectly located for exploring Hilton Head Island. You’re just a short walk from the harbour and marina, with year-round waterfront dining, shops, and entertainment, and less than a ten-minute drive from the beaches and oceanfront golf courses. The home itself is simple but practical, with an open-plan living space and a workspace in one of the bedrooms. There’s also a small private balcony overlooking a quiet lagoon, and shared amenities including a pool and playground give you plenty of ways to relax or keep the kids entertained.

*While this home can accommodate two additional guests on the sofa bed, the maximum occupancy is eight guests.
*There's free parking here.
*You'll have access to the on-site pool and spa here, as well as the community playground, free shuttle service available in season, the beach club, restaurant, golf courses and tennis courts. They're shared with the building's other residents.
*The shared swimming pool is only available for use between February and 1st November.
