It’s a short drive from the ocean (or ten minutes on the bikes provided by your host), and close to popular spots like Sag Harbor with its independent boutiques and quaint harbour. The garden is the perfect place to make the most of warmer weather, with plenty of seating, a scenic swimming pool, and a barbecue for cooking up an outdoor feast. Inside, there’s lots of space to make yourself at home, including a playroom, office, and gym. You’ll also have access to a community dock on Mecox Bay, where you can play and paddle to your heart’s content.
