For the grown-ups, there are modern artworks worthy of an exhibition in the MoMA on display, a barbecue grill and plenty of tables and chairs outside for a tipple in the evening sun.

In terms of location, you’re on the edge of Williamsburg, where the streets are filled with indie restaurants, hipster coffee shops, craft breweries and secret arthouse cinemas in old industrial buildings. Plus, the subway can whisk you into the centre of Manhattan in around fifteen minutes.
