The tiled floor in the kitchen is broken. The tiles are partially loose and broken. Very dangerous with bare feet! In the bathroom no shower with hose, but only a shower on the wall. First received the wrong key code. The first key code received was for the basement apartment. We were then in the apartment, we would never recommend this apartment. My husband ran into a rat in front of the entrance. We were then happy to be on the third floor.

The apartment is in Harlem, in a regular area! The good thing is that it is next to the subway and you don't have to walk far down the street. It is ok in size but dirty and with nothing to clean it (unusable broom and mop). The so-called sofa beds in the living room are really folding sofas, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Little equipped for 7 people. No hangers in any closet. We had to write several times to get sheets and towels for everyone.
