It's just a ten-minute walk to fashionable Dumbo, where you'll find independent boutiques and fine dining restaurants. Or head to St. Ann's Warehouse, housed in a former tobacco factory, for theatre productions and art. Back at this stylish apartment, we couldn't help being impressed by the amazing roof terrace with incredible vistas of Manhattan, the East River, and all the bridges.
