Is there anything more relaxing than being by the water? The owners of this delightful New Jersey home don’t think so. Their home is a real haven, sitting on the waterfront of Mystic Islands, a lagoon community with bay access. You’ll have a floating dock for jet skis, boats, and fishing, and your host also provides kayaks, a paddleboard, and beach cruiser bikes. The beach at Graveling Point is only a seven-minute bike ride away. The house is pretty and peaceful, decorated in shades of blue, and with all the amenities you might need – including a hot tub. The outside space includes a rooftop deck and a covered seating area, both with firepits. If you're anything like us, you'll never want to leave.

*There’s free parking for up to five cars and an EV charger at this home. You’ll have access to a boat ramp two blocks away. This home has a floating dock where you can dock your boat or jet ski.
*Your host provides three kayaks, one paddleboard, and four beach cruiser bikes for your use.
*There’s a desk here for those working remotely during their stay.
*Your host kindly asks you to respect the quiet hours from 10pm-7am. They also ask you not to eat or drink in the bedrooms.
*There are stairs to climb at this home so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
*The minimum booking age for this home is 30.
